We meet your business where it is and help you get more from the technology already in place.
We don’t make changing technology the price of solving a problem.
Your team already has tools, systems, and workflows that run your business.
Cardiff connects companies with AI services, training, specialists, and automation that work with what is already in place.
We are not trying to rebuild how your business works around AI.
We help AI fit the way you already work.
Why Cardiff
The Cardiff Group takes its name from Cardiff-by-the-Sea, a beach town where work and life already seem to blend differently: people move between surf breaks, coffee shops, e-bikes, meetings, business, and life without treating each as a separate world.
That is the idea behind Cardiff.
Technology should make work more fluid, not add another layer of complexity. AI should fit into the tools and workflows people already use, take repetitive work off their plate, and leave more time for judgment, relationships, and the human interactions that actually move a business forward.
Where the idea came from
I spent much of my career working with Life Sciences and clinical research organizations. There was always another debate about technology: paper versus paperless, digital-only, this platform versus that platform.
The people doing the work kept saying the same thing:
We have enough tools. Everybody is selling us another tool.
They were right.
The job was never really about the technology. It was getting a clinical submission filed in Italy, getting a patient where they needed to go, or getting critical materials through customs.
The customer knew their operation. Our job was to understand what needed to happen, work within the systems they trusted, and help get it done.
That became the operating principle behind The Cardiff Group.
What that means in practice
Keep what already works
We start with the technology, systems, and workflows your team already uses. Replacing them is not a prerequisite for solving the problem.
Fit the solution to the business
Cardiff connects companies with AI services, specialists, training, and automation that fit the existing operation instead of forcing the operation around a new product.
Make it usable
Technology only creates value when people can actually use it. Training and adoption are part of the solution, not something left for the customer to figure out afterward.

Founder, The Cardiff Group
Official Onboarding Partner, Otto the Agent · Life Sciences Lead, Sharper AI
I built Cardiff around a lesson I learned in Life Sciences: the best technology in the world is not particularly useful if it does not fit the way an organization actually works.
My background spans business development, partnerships, sales, and execution-heavy work across Life Sciences and clinical research. That meant working with organizations where the outcome mattered more than which system produced it.
Today, Cardiff applies that same approach to AI.
I work with companies that want to use AI without turning AI adoption into a technology-replacement project. Cardiff connects those companies with services, specialists, and training that fit the operation they already have.
I also serve as an Official Onboarding Partner for Otto the Agent and lead Life Sciences at Sharper AI.
For two years, I was the primary caregiver for my son before my family and I moved to San Diego, where Cardiff is based.
You don’t need another technology project.
If there is a useful way to bring AI into the tools and workflows your team already uses, that’s where Cardiff starts.
