What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, your email, your company, and your message or the tool you chose. This site uses privacy-friendly analytics (no cookies) and no advertising trackers.

Analytics and forms

Analytics: this site uses Umami (umami.is) to collect basic usage statistics, such as pages visited. Umami does not use cookies and does not collect personal information.

Contact forms: The Cardiff Group receives the information submitted through its forms. Submissions arriving via a partner referral link include the referral source so the referring partner is credited.

AI use

AI use: this site purposely uses artificial intelligence.

How we use it

To reply to you, send what you asked for (such as a setup email), and follow up about it. We never sell or rent your information.

Who handles it

• Your submission is stored on a server The Cardiff Group runs.
• A short notification with your name, company, and email goes to Drew’s phone through ntfy.sh, a push-notification service.
• Emails to you and to Drew are sent through Google (Gmail).
• The site is hosted by Hostinger, which keeps standard server logs.
• The site’s font loads from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when a page loads.

Otto and Sharper AI

If you sign up for Otto or Sharper AI, you do that with them directly, under their own terms. Otto’s privacy policy is at app.ottotheagent.com/privacy.

Partner Relationships

The Cardiff Group is compensated by its partner companies for business referrals. Our introductions and getting started are provided at no cost to you.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep your details as long as we need them to reply and follow up. To have them deleted, email info@thecardiffgroup.us and we will delete them.
