Step 1 — One-page enrollment
Otto's enrollment is a single page: your company's authorized email domains, a signature, and agreement to Otto's terms and privacy policy. No separate contract. (The link arrives by email — DocuSign or print/sign/scan, your choice.)

Step 2 — Sign in with your work email
Go to app.ottotheagent.com/login and sign in with your work email. A code arrives by email — or log in with Microsoft or Google Workspace. Nothing to install — Otto's own words.

Step 3 — Two minutes in Travel Preferences
Airlines, seats, hotels, loyalty numbers. Two minutes here pays off on every trip: Otto remembers and applies it automatically.

Step 4 — Connect it to Claude
In Claude: account menu → Settings → Connectors → Customize → + → Browse Connectors → search "Otto Travel" → + to add.

Step 5 — Say yes once, then book by talking
Start a new chat and describe your first trip. The first time, Claude asks to grant Otto permissions — accept the permissions prompt as it appears.
Otto can't book anything without your explicit confirmation each time.
Then just talk: dates, where from, where to. Flights, hotels, and cars get booked right in the chat.
